Sometimes, life can feel a bit too much and we might just need a 'someone' to talk it over with to 'get it all out', to help us find our own different perspective without being told someone else's opinions of how to deal with our stuff At other times we may have something bigger to deal with, and I can help you navigate these deeper channels with therapy and psychoeducational tools to help you to manage I offer a confidential safe space for you to talk freely, without judgement, so you can process and deal with whatever is causing you unhappiness, and find your answers I work entirely online via Zoom and WhatsApp for your convenience, confidentiality and, accessibility Remember, when you work with me you are an individual - you are not a problem I work with anyone over the age of 18 I have experience in Autism Awareness for the comfort and safety of my clients I work according to the BACP Guidelines and Ethical Framework I am a qualified, experienced hypnotherapist (M.A.C.H.).
